Marcus and Megan went to the Father/Daughter Dance last night! Megan looked so beautiful. She danced the night away and Marcus tried the Cha - Cha and the Macarana! I would have loved to see that. Marcus even won one of the drawings :) I am so glad that they got to enjoy special time together.
The kids and I decided to place the bird feeders close by the house and see what will come around. This time instead of a squirrl we got this really cute little bird. It just sat there and let us watch it and take picture. We now consider it "Our" bird! We hope he comes around again soon.
While in Atlanta - Julia and I decided to stop at one of our favorite stores TRADER JOE'S! She loves going there cause she gets to push her own little grocery cart. She was a funny, funny girl that day :) They are so nice there to her - they let her color and gave her a balloon and they all call her princess. Who knew grocery shopping could be so much fun!!!
On this afternoon, this backyard squirrel decided to entertain us with his amazing acrobatics while enjoying the bird seed. He would jump unto the poll and hang upside down with one foot. We were in awe!
Megan and I had the opportunity to go see "Cirque Dreams - Fantasy Jungle!" It is this wonderful show from Broadway - amazing acrobatics, music and costumes. It was amazing. My little girl - looked beautiful :) I am so happy that I got to spend special alone time with meggie!
LAST NIGHT WE HAD A STORM THAT PASSED THROUGH. I WAS AT A SHOW WITH MEGAN BUT MARCUS AND JULIA WERE HOME. WHEN MEGAN AND I GOT HOME MARCUS TOLD US HOW CRAZY THE WIND WAS. I WAS CURIOUS TO SEE IF ANY TREES WERE DOWN IN THE BACK. WELL TREES WERE OK BUT THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED TO OUR PATIO SET AND TRAMPOLINE! ~PRETTY WILD~
I am a 34 year old wife, mother and friend who lives in Athens, Georgia! I married the most amazing man that I met at work! Not only is he a great father and husband but he is my best friend. God has blessed us with two beautiful little girls Megan and Julia, who are our world. We have a furry baby boy named Buckley - who personally I think is the best dog around. I love our church, our daughter’s school, cooking shows, magazines, Diet Coke (I am trying to cut down), anything with owls, TORI SPELLING, my sweet friends, Justin Timberlake(of course), movie nights with my hubby, the rain, making people laugh, trying new things and spending time with my family. I love Jesus with all my heart and I am so proud to say that I have been saved by God’s amazing love.

SPRING IS ALMOST HERE! THIS IS OUR FIRST LITTLE BLOOM OF THE SEASON ON OUR PLUM TREE.
